I will be taking seven-grams of dry mushrooms tonight, my largest dose before has been only 5 grams, I will be dosing at 10PM PST.
For the upcoming of the trip I will meditate and concentrate on what I would like to achieve on this journey, with soothing joyful music in the background. A comfortable room has been prepared, along with a selection of music.
Once I am heavy into it, I imagine I will be melting against the ground. I was going to attempt this last night, but physical fatigue from work made me decide I would wait until tonight so my body would be comfortable going into this.
Anyone with experiences on higher doses, if you have any guidance information for me, it would be appreciated.

You sound very prepared (if one can be prepared for seven grams...) and responsible with your trip, so it should turn out great. Have fun and I hope you discover everything you're looking to find!

I did a gram and a half of DXM, most powerful trip of my life.
Just stay focused, and dont think about bad things, and youll be fine.

These are always frusterating for me to compile, words in the human language can not encompass the experience in the fullest.
Lying on the ground, the walls pulsating and throbbing with hallucinogenic energies. The finely ground powder brought the trip rocketing up up and up at an advanced rate over the my usual methods of consuming mushrooms.
I closed my eyes to watch my bodies structure blow apart in slow motion, molecules tearing away from each other in the hyperdimensional void. My tour guide for the peak was the psy-trance group Infected Mushroom, the twisted beats fueled the ever increasing open and closed eye visuals. I have a diagram of converged communication networks, all accross the diagram danced a man similar to the one pictured in "Discover" by Danny Gomez.
I experienced what is known in the psychedelic community as ego death. Upon entering this new state of conciousness I was not frightened, but curious as to my new look on the world around me. It allows you to re-program your mind, whipe off any existing limitations to your psyche and experience everything again for the first time.
The language options available to me at that time consisted of various bubbling, burbling and flowing liquid arrangements, English was only possible in short bursts. My cat, which I consider to be my minds guardian when I enter different dimensions stood sentry, scanning my doorway for the entrance of hyperdimensional beings. As I said before, I met the elves, now they aren't really known as the conventional elves with pointy ears, but my mind at this point in time feels that they are elves. You never get a full glimpse of them, but I am sure I will be able to hold conversations with them when I fuel my mind with dimethyltryptamine.
Finally around five in the morning, almost all the hallucinations had worn off, I grabbed my minidisc player and sat listening to the Grateful Dead and Bob Dylan until the effects wore off completely
edit: I actually decided to dose at a quarter to nine, I wrote this for another forum first, I never vomitted
