Can I kill wet spot contam with hydrogen peroxide?

I have one jar with what looks like wet spot contamination. I'm not sure if I didn't pressure cook it long enough or what. I usually do 30-40 minutes. Could I inject some hydrogen peroxide solution into the jar to kill it, and then hold it upside down to drain the excess water out? I'd prefer to save this jar since I only have two other jars, neither of which are fully colonized (but getting there) and no more spores except a print. (and I've never made a spore print before so I'm sketchy about trying to)

What you're describing doesn't sound like it can be saved. The excess water is a problem, even without the presence of bacteria. h2o2 wouldn't kill the bacteria, and you'd just be adding more liquid to an already overly wet spawn jar.
Are you pressure cooking grain spawn or brf at 30-40 minutes? If grain, it should be more like 90 minutes at 15 psi, though I personally do 120 minutes to avoid bacteria.

I was PCing wheat berries and millet mixture for about 40 minutes. In the future I will do it longer. I did pre-soak and simmer before loading the jars though.

This is your problem.
90 minutes at 15 psi does the trick. 120 minutes is even better.
