Casing...Waited Too Long? Will it still PIN??
    #2062640 - 11/01/03 02:22 PM (14 years, 7 months ago)

My friend cased a spawn bag of B+ into two aliminum pans.
Its been cased now for 5 days. And when he went to mist it yesterday he noticed that the mycelium is all over the top layer.
Now he knows he has waited too long, but he soaked it today and will leave it in the light for 10 hours. Will it still pin???

Anything else he should do? :confused:

Yes, but if you have overlay (hardened looking myc.), you might want to do some scratching.

getEdu(mind,soul);
getJob(mind,soul);
retire(mind,soul);
die(mind,soul);
}
}

Mycelium is not in overlay yet.

You might not want to mist the myc. too much. Look here.

--------------------
if(human==autoPart){
for(i=1;i<infinity;i++){
getBorn(mind,soul);
getEdu(mind,soul);
getJob(mind,soul);
retire(mind,soul);
die(mind,soul);
}
}

If the mycelium is more than just spots on the casing (i.e. if it's in mats) it's overlayed.
