not sure on mycelium growth

Hey there. I'm doing my first grow with the BRF tek. Since this is my first attempt I'd like some second opinions on my mycelium. The jars were inoculated about a week ago so it's a little early. I've had a couple jars with really small black specs on them which I'm assuming are contams, so I've separated them from the jars that I'm more hopeful on. Below are just a few of the jars I've inoculated...

The reason I'm asking for second opinions is that unless I'm looking very closely at the mycelium I do not see the typical "risomorphic" characteristics. Thoughts?

Thanks for the responses guys. I'll continue to document the process and hopefully have some good photos to show off later.

Okay so slight update. Most of the jars are looking great. The few I'm unsure about I've taken more pictures of and uploaded them in this post. My friend said the little tiny black spots he saw before have disappeared. I guess the mycelium ate them. There are a few new things on the same jars I'm looking at though. Some have spots that look a little yellow. I don't know if these are metabolites from the mycelium or some kind of contamination. There's another spot on the mycelium where it doesn't look super white, but perhaps that's because it spread really fast and is more thin over part of the substrate? One last spot looks a little iffy, it doesn't look like normal condensation on the last picture to me, but perhaps i'm wrong and judging too quickly. The cakes are shrinking and pulling back a little from the jars and there is definitely some condensation in there but as far as I know that is all A-OK.
Whatchu guys think? If anyone can positively ID some contams, if you could also provide any insight as to type and probably source(s) of contamination that would be the dopest. Next update will probably be the cakes in the fruiting chamber =O
