Prolly be best if ya break it off, eat it and call it a night. Just say remove it cause it could eventually rot like a abort would. As with surgery get a 2nd opinion :syringe:

there are knots in the bottom right hand side of the 1st pick (on the top edge of the cake) you'll have shrooms there in a few days.
