advice?

its been about a week since ive dunk and rolled two of my cakes, i still have 4 left inside the jars, and i havent seen any pins...
BUT thats not the main topic of this thread, i am just providing details that i think should be mentioned. I built my SGFC with plenty of holes so FAE isnt a problem, i also misted my cakes (along with the perlite to keep humidity up) almost every day between every 4-6 hours. However, after about 4-5 days of not seeing ANY results i decided to just crumble the rest of my remaining cakes, along with the 2 already in the SGFC, and go with moes outdoor tek.
HOWEVER, when i checked the cakes today, they were really bruised because i neglected them after not seeing any results (and i know that some times it can take a while, but i just kinda gave up on one point). In addition, i cant provide the cakes with decent light because i dont have a lamp/bulb with strong enough and im very busy).
BUTTTT one of the cakes grew 3 little pins!!!!! These are my first ever pins but i dont feel very hopeful and am still leaning towards moes outdoork tek at the moment.
So im seeking advice on what to do, should i just leave that one cake alone and crumble the rest for moes tek, or should i just try to grow all 6 cakes in the SGFC? any advice is appreciated and for anyone who has read up to here, thank you ! Have a great day

Fruit your cakes in the SGFC. Outdoors grows are more difficult. Be patient.

Just give it time. If you don't see pins in another week then redunk your cakes. Good luck

An overly wet substrate can impede pin formation and mushroom growth

I'm confused.
Did the outdoor cakes grow pins or the indoor ones?
Blue bruising is normal on neglected cakes.
I would immediately start another grow just in case stuff doesn't pan out on this one.

You have pins on crumbled cakes? You probably were only q day or 2 away until they exploded. Be patient! Haha. Get another batch going, if this batch is pinning then leave it indoors in fruiting conditions.

Sounds like you might have taken the cakes out too soon. If you want to be sure, wait for some primordia to start forming, then dunk and roll.
