Will a Hepa Filter for my appartment help me get my third and fourth flushes back?

When I first started growing I was able to carry my mono tubs through 4 or 5 flushes easy.
Now I always get trich right as the third flush is coming in.
I had a bad habit of letting my mono's go too long and during the fire season when we evacuated I let like 5 tubs get trich and didn't clean them right away. There's been a lot of contamination (always on tubs that have completed multiple flushes though. I have yet to have contamination before the third flush)
If I added a small hepa filter to my apartment would I be able to get back up to the 3 and 4 flushes?
Basically ever since the 5 tubs got cleaned out I've tried to just keep fans running and the windows open in the apartment as often as possible (excluding inoculation / SAB work)
It just sucks that I used to be able to get like 2 extra 1 oz flushes off my substrate but now I feel like I have to clean up prematurely.

I'm interested in hearing opinions on this, as well.

i'd try stick to the basics with cvg, sterilize everything and use filter patch bags if it makes ya sleep easier. on the other hand keep up with your spawn and stop thinking of how much your sub can produce but how much the tub itself can

Are you using the same culture? I feel that some culture's have different tendencies when it comes to how many flushes, how easy they contam etc. If your using ms I would suspect that, maybe your having a run of weak genetics or perhaps genetics that are spent after two and would not have much left for the third to begin with.
I just pitched a sub where the first flush was so thick that the second wasn't up for much and looking at the substrate after I could see there is nearly no hyphae left, totally exhausted. I also find monocultures never go as long as ms, they usually give it all by the end of the third.

the hepa would scrub the air somewhat to help minimize the amount of contams present in the air.
if your genetics are weak like pasty said, then scrubbing air is useless. when spawning in open air you drag contams within the sub. they don't grow at first but go dormant, waiting for their time to shine, once the mycelium eats most of its nutes it decides it's time to die. contams already present unfold, more get in during harvesting, they join hands and form a super contam and then all hope is lost.
I do have a feeling like you would get another flush with a hepa filter going.
