My friends last batch took three days same tek same spores.It's been a total of 11 days and 5 out of 8 jars are 95% colonized.This dosn't always happen that fast though.There is alot of diferent factors that play a role in colonization.Like how many cc's per jar,room temp,some ppl like to leave them in the dark some leave then in indirect light.My advice to you is read post after post after post.Most times your questions will be answered with out even asking.Hope this has been some help to you.

PF spores germinate in about the same time as Captain Max spores - 2 - 7 days.
