for starters; get a print. they look as though they could be an armilariella species [the honey mushrooms].

Those look like Honey Mushrooms.

The apparent lack of a ring would point towards Armillaria tabescens. You should check the youngest specimens to see if there's a partial veil or ring present. If there is, then they're one of the other species of Armillaria.

All of the species of Armillaria are edible if well cooked. Some people get stomach upsets when eating them, so, if you try them, try a small amount the first time.
