Just thought I'd tell you guys what i did to fruit my rye bag,i cut the bag right below the filter patch and fanned it with a book i had laying around and then sprayed the sides of the bag on the inside and I'll do this everyday from now on,also i have a towel that i sprayed down with water in the bottom of a plastic container that my bag is in and i sprayed the sides of the container to maintain humidity, humidity level is 80% on my hygrometer, this sound good? How long before pins?

Mist the substrate, not the sides of the bag.....evaporation of moistuire off the substrate is a main pinning trigger.....this also raises the RH....spraying the sides of the bag/tub is pointless.
If you are fruiting straight grains with no casing layer or anything, you need to keep it hydrated.
Lots of fresh air means lots of evaporation, which means lots of humidity.....a wet towel in a container does very little if anything for humidity unless there is massive airflow.

I don't like this plan. You could at the very least dump your bag into a tray and case it. Even just something simple like hydrated coir or vermiculite as a casing layer would be better than this. And you really should build a proper fruiting chamber. Drill some holes in that container and make it into a SGFC(look up how to build it to the proper specs). Almost anything would work better than what you are attempting. I wish you the best of luck though.

I read that a lot when I stumble upon mycokits, "Always mist the walls of your tub, never directly on the sub to avoid damage." Really bad information, if anything all it promotes is side-pinning

Pinning could start today, tomorrow, two weeks, next month , usually takes around two to three weeks till your blobs start showing pins.
Let's see if I have a good enough pic to demonstrate hyphal knots, I believe my terminology is correct but i'm sure someone will chime in to help:
See the brighter tufts of white? Those are hyphal knots, the pre-pre-preform of the fruiting mushroom. Your tub/bag may be of a different consistency though, my knowledge only goes as far as the monotub I have no idea what an uncased fruiting rye bag looks like
