Antlers. I'm going to be out of town a lot so giving them enough FAE for conks without drying them out will be tough.

Yup, def seems the best choice, giving your situation right now. Man, at least you have still been able to pull off some awesome grows, without even being around, VERY IMPRESSIVE!

Did you ever see where Forrester wrote about his. He said for some reason his second flush goes straight to conks everytime, even thought he said he did not change any conditions at all, after getting antlers on the first flush, pretty wild I thought!

After three and a half months my MS grow is finished.

I just picked the third flush. The ones off to the side are lucidum from another grow.

I'd say this was a pretty successful grow.

Second flush.

First flush.

Thanks again for the culture. I love these things.

Cut the top off these bags today. Surprised at how much water is in the bags that were pasteurized - the one sterilized bag doesn't have as much water.

Regarding the bag with a big blob plastering up against the side, should I slice that open more or just let it find its way out the top? And the one poking out the patch should I cut that loose or just leave it?

For sure you should grow it again! It's an aggressive culture. I grew these on straw, wood and kitchen compost garbage like carrot tops, coffee, squash peels and seeds etc...

I like letting the antlers go til they're a few inches tall then they conk out if you take the lid off.

Those first ones look like those cookies, I think of them as xmas cookies, crusty with the cherry in the middle of the top.
