Harvest and Important Questions. Can I consume?

After about 3 months, I made my first harvest a few days ago. I used an inoculated rye 2lb grow bag (Golden Teacher), and then transferred mycelium to a fruiting chamber with coir and vermiculite, following Damion's Tek. I ended up with some pretty good looking mushrooms, however, almost all of the mushrooms were picked after the veil broke, causing all the mushrooms to be covered in spores and turn out to have blueish stems. I fan dried all the mushrooms for one day, and then placed them in air tight containers with silica desiccant, separated by wax paper. The mushrooms seem fairly dry, however likely need another day or two until cracker dry.
My main concerns are: The mushrooms seem to grow a white fuzz in some places in their containers (looks like mycelium). In the pictures, does this look like mold? Also, will the spore covered stems and blackened caps still be edible without more than average amounts of nausea? And my main concern: These smell very very bad. They smell like dirty feet with a hint of mushroom.
If these are edible, what would you recommend as the best means for consumption? I have heard grinding them up in a blender and downing them with orange juice hides the taste.
This is my very first time growing, so feel free to make me aware of my many mistakes. Thanks for advice.

looks like you didn't dry them fast enough and now there is another mold feeding on the decaying mushroom flesh. I could be wrong, but I've never seen mycelium continue to grow like that on partially dried mushrooms. I wouldn't eat the one's with the fuzz on them. Pick up a cheap food dehydrator for more efficient drying. It's really important to get the mushrooms dry as fast as possible once harvested.

Would I eat mushrooms that have spores dropped on them? Yes
White stuff at the base of the shroom? Mycelium
Would I eat ANYTHING that smells like dirt feet? no

This would be acceptable if the base was still attached to the substrate.
If you look at the photos the 'fuzz' is on the gills, and elsewhere. I wouldn't eat the fuzzy ones.

You have to make sure they're pretty dry before you put them in the desiccant chamber. I usually do at least two days under the fan and longer for bigger mushrooms even.
Like the mustard said hey were probably still wet inside when you put them in he chamber and in that still air they started rotting and being taken over by something.
Also that tub looks like it has serious issues. Everything looks tinted yellowish green and the myc looks stringy like from having bacteria in there.
It looks like you did a hybrid monotub/SGFC is that what's going on?

I'm not very carful most of the time and I'll eat just about anything but you would have to put a gut to my head if you wanted me to eat those things.

What if we put Randy's gut to your forehead?

Yeah you could say it's a hybrid monotub/SGFC.
Thanks for the replies guys. I've been preparing for a psilocybin trip for a long long time. I'm quite disappointed I made such a simple mistake in the drying process and it caused the entire growing process to go to waste.
