First grow: question about my first fruit

Hey! I have made several jars starting in August and just a week or two ago, I put 7 fully colonized cakes, four dunked into my SGFC. Only four of those cakes have started to fruit. And the cakes that did fruit only have one or two mushrooms each. They are healthy and decent in size, what I was wondering is if I had a cake fruit two mature mushrooms, do I wait for more or now that I have picked them do I re dunk for my second flush? I also have one cake I have fruited into a ziplock bag that has one giant fruit on it larger than the cake. When I pick that, should I re dunk since I've only got one fruit from it? For my first grow I feel I am doing well with only one contaminated jar so far and I used spore syringes.

What makes you think that the forum made specifically for web site announcements and feedback is the place for this?
-------------------- You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity. What one person receives without working for another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for that my dear friend is the beginning of the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it. ~ Adrian Rogers

I would redunk after the big mushrooms are ready to pick, you may get a few more mushrooms out of it. Those big mushrooms usually take away most of the nutrients from the cakes ime so it helps to rejuice them.

Ok. But is there ever a chance that If it takes five days or a week to grow two mushrooms, that if I leave it in the chamber it will grow more without a second dunk? Also, is there a chance my cakes will never fruit? How much is a good amount to consume while fresh and just picked? The weights are very high.
***this is my first post ever on here! I apologize for putting it in the wrong spot. I tried to delete it, couldn't find it and assumed they deleted it***

Remember the main pinning triggers: these should allow you to have more mushrooms growing off of your cakes at one time.
Evaporation of moisture off of cakes. Lightly misting the cake and fanning afterwards will achieve this. Do not over saturate.
Light on a ~12/12 schedule.
FAE (Fresh Air Exchange)
Full Colonization and Consolidation of cake. (Looks like you have this).
I don't think I am leaving anything out...
Good luck and welcome!
