Trouble Finding Perfect Blower. HVAC pro's/TC's needed.

Hello Shroomery, this is my first post after lurking and inhaling information on this site over the past two years. I have had a blast and have completed successful PF Tek and grain to manure grows in that time. Thank you all for the knowledge given here by all of the TC's and all of the non-TC's questions in the forums. It goes without saying I wouldn't have been able to do anything without this community. Having said that, the time has come where I would like to expand my horizons by building a laminar flow hood. I have researched the specs required to build one and have procured a HEPA filter.
MY QUESTION IS: which brand/model blower do I need SPECIFICALLY to produce laminar flow?
Process so far...
I have a 24"x24"x11.5" Flanders Hepa Filter. This computes to 400 cfm for laminar flow. I have read you will want to buy a more powerful blower than computed for because the filter will clog over time. Total: 500-600 cfm?
My filter's label states 1.25 "WG for static pressure. I would add 0.2 "WG to this for the pre-filter. Total: 1.45 "WG
So am I correct in looking for a blower that will produce 500-600 CFM @ 1.45 "WG? If so, what brand/model specifically?
I have Grainger's 2014 catalog and have been browsing for a squirrel cage blower that will suffice because RR stated that in-line blowers have turbulence that will mess with your laminar flow. Either way, I can't seem to find one that will fit my project just right. I'd love to get feedback from experienced flow hood builders, TC's (cough, cough RR) or HVAC guys who might know what blower I am looking for.
Thanks again.

I mulled over it for a while after finding some more posts and decided to buy this fan off of ebay: http://www.grainger.com/product/DAYTON-Blower-1TDU2
I'm pretty sure it will work. I'll post up a picture of it all put together.

That's definitely overkill.
You were correct. You're looking for 480-550 cfm. You could go higher, and use less pre-filter area (or a finer pre-filter) to stifle it down to a more ideal speed if necessary.

Yeah it might be, I figured I would lean towards the more powerful side and drop it down with a speed controller if needed. I couldn't get stats from Grainger past .800" static pressure and I'm looking for 1.4" so I kinda estimated which one wouldn't be too weak based on what they had on the website. This is what I based my decision off of.
I purchased the Dayton 1TDU2 which puts out 1040 cfm @ .800: http://www.grainger.com/product/DAYTON-Blower-1TDU2
The next lower powered model is the Dayton 1TDU1 which puts out only 640 cfm @ .700: http://www.grainger.com/product/DAYTON-Blower-1TDU1
The second next lower powered is the Dayton 1TDT5 which is 710 cfm @ .600: http://www.grainger.com/product/DAYTON-Blower-1TDt5
These stats make me feel like that curve drops off pretty quick after a certain static pressure is reached... I def didn't want to end up too weak and the two next smaller blowers seemed like they would def drop below 500 by the time 1.4" came around. lol I'm sure the speed controller will have to come into play to perfect it but if it's too outrageous, I'll just resell the thing. Let me know what you guys think.

What about the selection of cheap grow room fans available? Are these inappropriate for a flow hood situation for some reason?
