how do these grains look

these havnt been cooked yet they have been dried for over an hour and shaken every 10 to 15 minutes aslo the one on the right has been shaken it left a residue on the glass if u look closely these were not boiled only simmered for about 13 minutes!!!!

I'm certainly no WBS expert but I would sterilize, drain and inoculate and see what happens. They look legitimate to me, but I'd get a second opinion if you're concerned.

Do you see moisture on the surface of the grain?
Edit: the right one looks fine I can't tell with the left one. You want all the moisture to be in the grain not out in the jar

im not stressing lol i just had some issues last time either due to my grains being over cooked or my sterile technique was faulty so just trying to get the second opinions ya know
