can't find coir

I've been to all the garden shops in the area and can't find any coir. so whats a good alternative for casing? er, my friend has some popcorn that needs to get cased very soon cause they are afraid it's drying out.

you;re looking in the wrong place..
go to pet stores, look for reptile bedding.. it'll be a dark brown brick.

peat+verm and a dash of lime to basify it a bit or if you come across some potting mix(mosty peat anyway) in your travels try that mixed with some verm just the only issue with that is the PH.
brands differ some say neutral PH or PH balanced others that have no mention of this will most likely be acidic since they usually contain peat moss nothing that lime wont fix though

U can find COIR at just about any pet store. Thats where i got mine at.
