Thanks so far, I just read on older post's that I should stop misting if these are in fact hyphal knots other posts say just continue misting and fanning. Clarity would be great.

you should keep misting, but fan a LOT right after misting.
you mist to replenish moisture to your substrate, so you want to mist a lot BUT dont leave puddles.
and since FAE is a pinning trigger you wanna try to evaporate the excess moisture that is on the surface with fanning.
also, what you have does not look like a contam to me.
(another noob commenting here but ive been reading a lot )

Verticillium or dry bubble. This is a pain to get rid of, the spores are really sticky and are spread by misting. Isolate it from the rest but it will still put out a flush

Separated them, I am going to toss them this evening when I have more time. Had to run out during my lunch break to separate them.
I only have one print which I got from one of the sponsors. I have had three grow's with plenty of blueing but the potency is almost nil. So not really loosing anything. Kinda been growing these guys for fun and to get a better understanding of the growing process. That is until my new prints arrive around in around 6 weeks.

For anybody who comes across this thread. Here's a good thorough read on dry bubble. Symptoms, control etc. Nasty!!

Gonna take them back to the SGFC with their brothers and sisters as soon as I get home this evening.
The heat here today has been a scorcher with humidity only at 13% high!! I hope they are all right, fortunately I put them in shade.

Are u sure? Usually PE doesn't blob up when cased. Also those look exactly like the blobs I got from verticillium. Also is this even PE?

Cant remember exactly. This particular tray, I do remember running out of casing so its MUCH thinner than the others which do not have the blob's.
It's B+ if that's any difference.
