oysters besides king oysters don't really do well in a monotub. they like to grow from a vertical plane not a horizontal one.
oysters are easy as hell to grow if you can get the conditions they need, which is a lot of FAE and somewhat colder temps

your way over thinking it` there are ones that drop red spores

ones that are normal cubes like your gt's cambo's burma ect ect
 there are white ones
all grow in the same conditions all have the capability of getting great isolates and all the the same chance at a ms crapshoot from spores....cubes in a nutshell

if you grew all of those and forgot to label the grows you wouldn't be able to re-label them aside from the red spore one. They all can make big tall thick potent mushrooms but that relies way more on your own skill then the name some vendor put on the side to make you spend more money,

Can I get a few opinions here? I'm ordering my first exotics. I want a stone producer and a pan cyan variety. Anyone care to share their favorite stone producer and/or pan cyan variety and why? Would appreciate and feedback. Thanks!
I am particularly interested in the P. Mexicana Jalisco and the P. Galindoi Atl #7 and for the cyans I was wanting to know if there was much difference between like Pan Cyan Hawaii or Jamaican and what that was?
