yeah i take a vegan multivitamin that has b-12 in it. it's generally true i think that most vegetarian foods don't have b-12 in them... it's created by bacteria so if you eat foods with a bit of soil on them still then you can get some, but generally if you don't eat meat i think it's advisable to take a b-12 supplement. the other b vitamins are readily available on a vegan/vegetarian diet though, it's just b-12 that isn't usually.

How often do you take the supplements?

i take the multivitamin daily - but you could also get a larger dose b12 supplement (like 1000ug) and take it once a week. b12 is water soluble so you don't have to worry about overdosing on it though.

Fasting recently transitioned from a new part of my life to day to day living ... Months before a divine event under influence, I had begun to fast at an extreme pace. After the spiritual event, my body was underweight and tired, to the point of death. I began eating again, more wisely than my youth. After time when I felt rejuvenated, I considered no longer the idea of ever a fast, but merely having a particularly light diet. It is healthy to feast every now and then, but my body refuses voluntary feasting... I have become a heavy occasional drinker and I believe it to be just as marring, but I accept the drunkeness

Yeah i don't like eating loads, i prefer to eat very lightly or fast during the day then have a nice meal at the end of the day, sometimes a feast if i've earned it, it is possible to eat below your BMR so good idea to count calories otherwise you can mess up your hormones and metabolism

I've started a 3+ day fast today, 3 of these days are at work so i may eat half an avocado here & there if i feel really low on energy but apart from that it's on!

I find fasting to be more rewarding than being a gluten. It improves self-control. Things like fasting, and doing other random things like a colder shower than normal. To me these things help control impulses but that isn't probably most people (or my own) reason for doing it.
