Ok some of my popcorn kernels are turning red but only on a few of the peices and there is no offensive smell....i was just wondering if this is normal for popcorn to turn red after sitting for awhile or if this might be contamintion if anything i think it would be lipstick mold what do youi guys think?
Popcorn tends to get a pinkish tinge to it during colonization... this is one of the reasons I don't recommend popcorn for beginners. Your red might be my pink... hard to say without a picture. Keep an eye on it and time will tell.
