Would this work for a fruiting chamber?

I saw a mini green house in the shop today, just wandering what you guys think of them. The picture below is like it, only the one i saw is bigger and has 3 shelfs.

I was thinking maybe putting a try of wet pertile on one of the shelfs

prehaps this can be moved, didnt mean to post in advance :S
