Yea it is quite high for my weight indeed but the doctors told me I wouldn't get the results I seeked unless I took 60mg a day. I finished when I was told to.
It cleared it up a bit but it was not worth it in my opinion.
It's getting better atm my skin is red as if I was sunburnt but I have 1 active pimple which is much better then anything. Still have lots of redness though.
It will probs take a couple months for the redness to go down. Nothing active that is bad just cysts that are declining.

Use the body wash soap I told you for one week. It's like 4 dollars for a bar.

Yeah man, I feel bad for you, seriously. If Accutane didn't do it for you, I'm not sure where to go from there, my friend. I heard something about 'Tea Tree Oil' being pretty good. Best of luck to you...I know how it can be rough on you. I can't believe your friends have been so unsupportive. Not wanting to hang with you anymore? Who needs so-called pals like that?

i tried proactive once, back when it first came out. made my face swell up, but seriously got rid of my acne lol.
now adays i just scrub my face with this exploiting scrubber i have, then rub my face with organic face wash, then scrub again, then scrub again while washing it off in water, then scrub again. If i get bad pimples, i just use some stuff that dries em out overnight. My face hasn't been bad since i was young though. or if i eat fast food. SO im usually good. I got blackheads on my nose though, i used to be self conscious, but i got over it.
can't let it ruin your life. If it's really THAT bad see a dermatologist.

Can't get that soap where I am at bro, I am on a strict regimen atm so wouldn't be able too for awhile.
I have seen a dermatoligist multiple times they are not as helpful as everyone would think.
I am thinking about giving accupuncture a try.
It isn't even the acne that is the worst part. It is the fact that some days my mum might come in and find me crying into my pillow, she becomes so upset and takes it on board and it makes me feel like shit because I want her to be happy. It's like a knife to the heart knowing my mum is sad about what I am going through.
It's getting better though, Sort of

1st: start eating meat (our spicies is opportunistic and we re eating meat for a loooooong time and now our bodies need it). If you're under 20, acne will go away by it self(I had the same problem, never touched it too much and now I have no scars). Take dried chamomile flowers, boil a liter or 2 of water, put flowers in the same pot, wait for it just to cool down a little, put your face over it and cover your head with a large towel(you're making a little sauna). Keep under as much as you can hold, take few seconds breaks. When you're finnished apply some kind of greasy facial cream after washing hands thoroughly.Do this once-twice a week for 10-15 minutes at least. Good luck.

i had terrible pimples on my back as a teenager, i worked in a fast food joint so i think working there made my skin oily. The pimples were massive pits that bled and pussed and wouldnt heal. i went on roacutaine it healed them but left a lot of scarring, and it makes you really depressed. If no drugs are working, then maybe its a psycho-emotional issue or even spiritual. these things may seem strange but what have you got to lose. go try some reiki or somato-emotional release therapy.
All the best

I don't think it's strange I'll try find out if this is available in my area.
I have been planning to do accupuncture but I don't even remember why.

I used to do this with straight boiling water a while ago, It does work. I will see if I can get a good amount of chamomile so I can do this.

Do you have GNC stores where you live (General Nutrition Centers)? I keep hearing about Tea Tree Oil working wonders. Maybe that might help. Your opening posts about your 'friends' not wanting to hang with you anymore really saddened me. I can't believe these so-called friends could/would do that to a pal. Fuck 'em...you'll come thru this eventually & be a much better person than those dickheads who were hanging out with you...until your break-outs. I know I'm probably 40 yrs your senior, but things like this make me feel bad for you. Don't give up, dude...you will get thru this & will be a much better person than those 'acquaintances' you had prior.

Yeah those aren't friends if they care about your acne. what the fuck.
Idk if tee tree oil would help with acne, but a blend of jojoba oil, and tee tree is very good for skin/hair

Make a pole thread of all the ideas said in this thread. Everyone will vote what they used to help them. Then you try each one from the top for 2 weeks and see what works best

No I don't, I have tried tea tree oil infused scrub before it worked pretty good I'll see about getting pure tea tree oil.
I'm trying to get over that. It's actually okay because it means I get to learn a lot more, learn more about me, garden, experiment, smoke weeeed and it makes me appreciate the people who are real friends.
It has also made me become a better person in my opinion in a lot of ways acne has saved me from some very bad habits I had and I am glad I have learnt a lot of valuable lessons for my age. Some days I feel like shit other days I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. It actually makes me feel a bit happier seeing all the people who support me even though I don't know you guys it means a shit ton to have you all put in your advice and experiences. and just the fact that I have somewhere to put my negative emotions, Idk.
I wouldn't wish this on anyone and too the other people on here facing the same issues we will get through this!
rant over I seem to loose the plot when I type for too long...

Don't listen to what anybody here says, they are all giving you the wrong information.
As somebody who has suffered from all different sorts of acne in my youth, it all depends on what kind of acne you have--if you have small pimples on your T-zone area (like your forehead, your nose), and they're small and bumpy that is pretty normal for a teenager. You can get that shit easily fixed with a with either a weak salicylic acid and a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide wash.
For pimples on your chest/back area you use a 4% sulfur wash. That shit you can order from Amazon, and that is what my dermatologist recommended me for the chest/back area when I broke out while on testosterone. That shit is REALLY strong too, and will dry out your face, so don't even TOUCH your face after using the sulfur wash.
If you have deep cysts and crater-like acne all over your cheeks and jawline area, unfortunately those are created by hormones. They cannot be fixed unless you go on birth control (which they will only give you if you are a woman), Solodyn (or an equally similar strong antibiotic, but Solodyn is the best because it penetrates the oil rather than the water like others do), or Accutane.
All of these things you will need a doctor for. You CANNOT cure hormone-related acne through topical shit or "tea tree oil" supplements and shit, you need a REAL dermatologist to fix that. I strongly recommend asking for tretinoin cream too (brand-name Retin-A), it will help acne scars fade much much quicker. Depending on how sensitive your skin is, you will need between 0.025% and 0.1%.
I have very very sensitive skin that dries out easily, so I use 0.025% and apply it AFTER I moisturize my face.

All cool, but doctors ,in most of the cases, can't help; neither can help any remedy. My advice is just don't touch it too much and keep it clean - time is of the greatest help here. When you get out of puberty your hormone composition will change and it'll all be right. If it's severe, definately see darmatologist.

OP said it's sever. He said it's crater-like acne cysts, which is hormonal and can't be treated except with strong antibiotics like Solodyn or Accutane. That, combined with a topical cream or face wash like Ziana, or benzoyl peroxide, hydroquinone, clindamycin, or Retin-A, depending on your skin condition.
Trust me, I've tried all the brand-name drugs out there, and it takes a while to find one that works really well on your skin.
