Watching Fear And Loathing makes me want to do really reckless shit.
Anyway,as someone pointed out,Thompson's lawer was hispanic.
I think Depp did an excellent job portraying Hunter. Supposedly,Thompson really hated the movie. He thought they portrayed him all wrong. I just think that they were too dead on and he saw some things about himself and his past that he didn't like( ie the way he rambles and mumbles)...and supposedly it was nothing like how it really happened,but isn't the movie's fault because they did a pretty good job of translating the book I thought.
I actually think I kind of talk like Hunter Thompson,or the way Depp portrayed him anyway (many people have told me this).
On a related note,Papaver looks like Hunter's long lost twin or something.

I have a feeling a lot of the book was personal symbolism or some crap, that would only make sense to him? I dunno. Probably not at all... nevermind

yea hthe rum diaries is nothing liek f and l but i lovedd that story and think it would be a great movie the girl who i just had a 3 some with has my copy but it's a good book and iwould love to see it as a movie
