Great Posture
    #2041779 - 10/25/03 01:54 PM (13 years, 1 month ago)

Well, we all know the benefits of a great posture, right? Anyways, I came across a great website that is all about having good posture, it includes all sorts of different stretches and strengthening techniques for getting that posture into shape, just thought I would pass it along so that everyone can benefit from it...

Back and Neck Care Guide

If our mind is going to stay in the best shape for journeying off into the depths of the universe, our body must be in its best shape as well....

But yeah, check out the website and tell me what you think. If you need to start trying out the stuff included (I think it is a good idea to do the streching and the strengthening techniques anyways), by all means start to work with them and let us all know how it goes..
Peace.

Good info there. I was was doing most of it correctly, but I already knew I tend to lean forward and rest my head on my hands when online. I will have to try the technique of using the pillow under the legs to keep from turning over on my stomach during sleep.

Here's looking back to the guitar necks.
You may groan if you so choose.

Myself, I have had bad posture for a long time and have really not been able to do anything about it, but I recently started being conscious of my posture almost all of the time. Like the curve in my lower back stuck out greatly, and then of course my neck got it too from holding my head up. So like I have the thing where those shoulder muscles were always working or whatever, and all that..

But I have been making a lot of progress as of late, building up the muscles to hold myself upright again.. I've felt a lot better for it, too. Finding this website is what is going to solve the problem completely, fuck yeah!
Peace.

Hehe, no girl.... yet. Seriously, though, that would be one aspect of my motivations for wanting to get 100% in shape, but it is just something that is really important, to stay healthy and all that....

I mean, what good reasons are there to NOT stay in shape? hehe

Its just that I have the ability to be really cut and impressive if I would actually concern myself with my body and fitness.. which is why I am now seizing that oppurtunity.

Well, I can assure you that I reciprocate your feelings, but only because you are always saying a whole bunch of shit to me.. I really don't understand why. Any real reason? Just curious...
Peace.
