I use two plastic tubes and a aq.heater incubator. How can I provide air exchange in this incubator instead of checking it every two days or is it ok to only fan it every two days. There are 25 or so jars in it.Thanx.

You don't need to fan the jars, you need to fan the cakes after you birth the jars. The way to do that is to get a couple of airstones and stick them in the water.

First of all they are not cakes but grains. It doesn't matter ,anyway they need to breath and for this I think CO2 has to be removed.

As far as I know a high CO2 level supports the growing of the myc. Just when it comes to pinning you should change the air more often. But maybe I am wrong - I am a newbie myself.
For air exchange you could use an aquarium pump like the guy in this posting did -> Incubator

Alot of people turn their jars upside down to get the CO2 out. As far as I know a high CO2 level will stall growth.

you want co2 for colonizing ... you do not need to fan your jars in the incubtor

you need a co2 level > 5,000 parts per million during spawn run. that means that co2 levels should remain high. flipping is a last resort to try to get a completely stalled jar to start growing again.
