How long does it take to get water droplets on the walls of my fruiting chamber?

Ok, So I put my perlite in my SGFC today and put 2 cups I'm using for the sea of shrooms method, and I have been waiting to see water droplets on the sides of the FC. And there is NONE. The wet perlite has been in there all day and I made the holes just like the tek said, the only thing I didn't do was put as many holes in the bottom just because I didn't want perlite falling out and getting everywhere, but there are still ALOT of holes in the bottom, they're just spaced about 3 and half inches apart instead of 2.
Would it really make that big of difference tho? I can drill more holes, but I don't think it should make a difference. All of my other holes are 2" apart. BUT my lid doesn't have any holes, and I don't think it's supposed to is it? That wouldn't make it more humid, I know that. Why do they say all 6 sides? There's only 5 sides to a box unless you count the top...So what did I do wrong? The perlite is damp as hell, and I've raked it with my fingers. Now, it's only about 3" deep, but I don't think another inch would make a diffference, but maybe I'm wrong...Can anybody help?

Spray it and put some holes in the lid... I actually just posted about the same thing almost earlier today.
Yea just spray it and you should be fine.

First off... I would recommend building the SGFC to specifications...
Secondly... Water droplets on the walls has to do with the differential temperature between the ambient air outside the FC and the ambient air with in it... It has nothing to do with humidity...
Happy growing

if water is condensing, from the air, onto the walls of your fruiting chamber.
you are losing humidity.
think about it.
water doesnt come from nowhere.
if its coming out of the air, the air is obviously losing humidity.
you need to spray water into your fruiting chamber.

Since we are on the topic, sorry for a semi thread jack btw op, when i spray my sgfc water gets on the walls (obviously) but it doesnt evaporate. Soo im assuming this is good, because i know its not condensation. What do you guys think?

Somebody should use the search engine here to count how many times I've posted over and over again that there will NEVER be condensation on the sides of a properly built and functioning shotgun terrarium. RR

the longer it stays on the walls, the less fresh air exchange you have.
not saying that it needs to be dry in 5 minutes.
just find your happy medium

Oh now you try to help me, you must not do PM's...But anyway just to let you know, I did use the search engine, but I didn't see anything about water droplets. And I read tons of what you posted, and I never read anything that said water shouldn't form. I read you say rake the perlite with your fingers, but I never read you say that water droplets don't form. But anyway, I put more perlite in, so it's 4" deep now, so I think it's good. Thanks anyway tho...

I believe theres a note in rr's pm page that says to not pm direct cultivation questions
Are you telling me you we're unable to find your answer through the billion pages of posts, then reading through the billion pages and trying to weed out the bullshit answers? Big fail on your part

Somebody should use the search engine here to count how many times I've posted over and over again that there will NEVER be condensation on the sides of a properly built and functioning shotgun terrarium. RR
so mine is right and its says 90 humidity on my meter at 69 degress FH
but there is humidity and a lot of it with the lid closed the humidity meter goes to 70 but the meter is right?
and i'm just spraying in there misting the cake directly and indirectly and it should be alright. i'm doing it right. lots of airflow lots of holes means lot of room for the water not to condensate on the walls.
