Stay off my lawn (pic)
    #2041030 - 10/24/03 09:16 PM (20 years, 5 months ago)

Well i was wandering around today up in the upper town when i found this really nice looking lawn that just screamed stunzii to me.  So i searche the lawn far and low but alas i found no stunzii...however in one corner of the lawn there was the most random fruiting i have ever seen....the combination of cyanescens..semilanceata...AND baeocystis....well that was a good day.

I'd bet that be the lawn of a shroomer... leavin his spores accidently all over his lawn after walking home from his countless shrooming hunts... he he he...

those are Psilobye semilanceata [the liberty cap] DoomMarine.
they have rather flexible stipes though, so it is unlikely htey are the mushroom you found.

--------------------

Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it.
If you detect a scent reminiscent of Anethole (anise) please preserve a specimen or two for study and please PM me.
