Theyre capsules. I take four when I wake after a night of no smoking. I drink four glasses of water, some coconut water. Couple more glasses of water over the next couple of hours. Make sure all the diluted urine passes through or your test will be inconclusive.

the lasthalf dozen drug tests I've done they haven't watched me pee into the cup. Also most of my drug tests I basically just pee crystalised k crystals and pass every time :loldongs:
