There's a difference between being phsyically well and physically attractive. No amount of exercise or muscle will make you physically well. Assuming you don't weigh a lot more than you should, 10-20 puonds overweight is not that big of a deal, nutrition is the most important aspect of health, and there is no way that anybody can get all they need without vitamin supplements. I recommend Ip6, MSM, Boron, Chromium Picnoliate and trace minerla drops right away, and there are about 25 other I take as well, but those are some I found to dramatically change my state of being that you can't easily get from foods.
People can say they exercise for their own health all they want, and that's almost always partially true, but they are doing it more for their own vanity. MAny of these body worshippers also don't eat well or not enough, so while they have their big muscles and hard bodies, they starving on the inside.
yeah drinking a lot of water is important, but it's more importnat because people drink so many sugary drinks which are terrible.
cut out all refined sugars, and refined carbs as well, that works well when you can stick to it- I always feel a huge difference.

I'm not sure if taking all kinds of vitamin supplements is really necessary. Lots of people who live to a wild old age have never had so much as a Flintstones daily pass their lips, and remain perfectly healthy all their lives.
While it's certainly not a bad idea to use a vitamin supplement, I think that a lot of things being sold are really just another way for a pharmaceutical company to make cash.

I know there is a difference. But what I am saying is that having some sort of routine for exercising and streching is very important. I mean, compared to people that eat and eat and sit on computers and don't go outside... It is important to get up and move around, you know? Peace.

I think you are right to some degree, certaily in respects to supplements like Ginko which have been proven to do absoluetly nothing, but you have to do the research. Some people are con men/women like this guy barefoot pushing coral calcium- yes calcium is important, but eveything else that fucking liar says is to amke you pay more than you have to for a decent keylated calcium supplement. After you do the research, it's worth a try, some you will notice a difference with right away, others you will notice when you stop taking them for a few days. Vitamins and minerals are catalysts to all sorts of bodily functions, which means if you are not getting them through food (very few, if any people do get all they need through food), your body will not be able to perform certain functions.
Vitamin companies are not linked to pharmaceutical companies, in fact the pharmaceutical companies are doing everything they can to restrict supplements so that people will not be able to buy them in high strengths. The medical community is corrupt and they care nothign about your health. You can't patent vitamins and minerals- there is no money in it so they don't explore them.
My personal experience has been very positive. My parents have been taking supplements for 25 years. They are in their mid 50's now. They look 10-15 years younger than that. THis is two people from 2 different gene pools- same effects.
I think everyone should at least consider them, just don't shrug it off because some people are cons and taint the business.

in that last post i said that vitamins and mineral are catalysts to body functions. That is only true with some- Enzymes and coenzymes. Others are components of functions and even though they aren't actualyl catalysts, they are needed to complete the function properly.

that wasn't short, but it was sweet.
Exercise = Great indeed!
Excellent time-killer, as well as mind and body "enhancer."
Gives you time to think, too, because most exercise is repetitive so you can think about other shit while you're doing it.

i used to work as a weight room manager which would iafford me the opportunities of being able to lift often, everyday. now days to stay healthy i just do the basic exercises and do lighter-weight higher reps, as opposed to my younger days of lifting heavy, and run at least a mile everyday. swimming is by far my most favorite thing to do though. and stretching is so important, in my opinion stretching a few times a day makes your muscles feel sooo incredibly good. i developed a slightly herniated disk (in my back) from lifting everyday for 5+ years...but thats ok, its not to bad most of the time and i thouroghy enjoy the physical meditation of exercise of any kind.

if you eat a balanced, complete diet of real food, you will get all the vitamins your body needs. i do exercise because i'm addicted to rock climbing. i lift weights and ride my bike around town partly because it's fun but also to train for climbing.
why i love climbing: 1. you're in a beautiful setting 2. every muscle in your body is used 3. defying gravity is cool 4. it's like solving a gigantic puzzle with your body 5. your mind is so focused that all your worries and cares slip away - totally in the moment 6. there is no ceiling - you can always improve, there are always harder climbs 7. one of the few sports that still has the guru-shishya style of teaching: you learn from an experienced friend, then you improve and share the knowledge with another novice 8. women who climb are HOT!!!

"Oh yeah, I forgot to add this in my first post.
Why the hell don't we drink enough water? It tastes delicious. It is refreshing. It is good for us. And it cleans our body.
Water is our second greatest blessing. So grab a nice, big, cold glass of great water and start drinking. When you drink it all, go and refill. Repeat. Piss when necessary. Peace."
Thanks, that just reminded me how thirsty I was and how delicious water truly tastes despite it's lack of flavor

I'm pretty sure anyone can experience it when they gorge themselves on water.
The most common cause is people trying to flush their bodies for drug tests. Another case was a time when a girl was on E, and heard she had to drink plenty of water. She drank so much water that she started to feel kind of sick. Her friends figured it was the E, and that she needed more water. She died.
When I was about 12, my friend and I were seeing who could chug a glass of water the fastest, I drank so much water that I felt pretty sick.
Drinking plenty of water is good for you, drinking as much as you can, is bad.

too much water drains your body of nutrients and necessary sodium. don't drink too much and don't drink too much. a glass or two short to a full gallon a day should be just right.
fireworksgod...do pushups and situps/crunches (i don't do situps, i do crunches and other ab workouts. these can be done anywhere and there is no excuse to do them!! get on it...drop and give me 30!!

Yep. I've been doing the situps. I really can't do pushups right now because they are really fucking hard on my wrists (I play lots of guitar and my wrists are already well overworked). I am really concerned with getting my abs in shape so they will hold my rib cabe up where it is suspossed to be, and to shed the fat...
I mean, yeah, I am sure that it is possible to drink too much water, but you would have to drink one hell of a lot to do it... and water DOES taste delicious, by the way. It is the real thirst quencher. Peace.
