In my opinion those are from a wild flush.  I grew up gathering angel wings for a neighbor.  They were everywhere in the woods I played in as a child.  So going from old school knowledge I'd say those are angel wings.  If your in France don't eat em.  I think in the books they are labeled as poisonous.  Idk.  Anyway ya still gotta wait for a trusted identifier.  I'm just here to ramble.

Oh yea for some reason as an adult I'm too scared to pick and eat them.  Even though all the old timers give me a hard time,  as they remind me of how I'd pick and eat them as a youngster.  Lol

Those are not angel wings. For one thing they are not white and for a second the lamallae are too widely spaced. Those are Pleurotus

well, there you go, Angel wings grow on conifers. If it was on mulberry, another reason why it's not angel wings

Ahh yes I didn't look that close.  Angel wings grow in shelf like patterns too.  Very clean bright white.

some people put a white index card in the shot, and then remove it and take another shot. Then you can go into your software and make the card appear white and then use the same settings for the mushroom picture. It helps you to get the most true color profile on your pictures
