The sub was on the dry side when I looked earlier. I'm only able to check it once a day in the evening so I'd like to dial it in. Is a fan simply to stop the air being stagnant or is it necessary to be able to feel some airflow around the tub?

The polyfil was very lightly packed so I added a bit more to all of the holes.
Also gave all the tubs a good misting so there are just small droplets on the surface (no pooling).
