A friend keeps losing *all* his popcorn casings to green or bluegreen mold.
1) being cleaner, which I'm sure he certainly will.
2) trying to increase airflow.
What else practically can be done to reduce this specific contam?
In the FAQ it talks about carbohydrates and the level of nitrogen during the mycelium growth stage, but I don't know how to use this to our advantage.
Are there any tricks other grain users out there use?
