Ever notice how Praying Mantis?s heads and Alien?s heads are so very similar? Upside down water-drop shaped head, with very large eyes..and so on... Aliens could be highly evolved Insectoid beings, because their planet(s) had such different enviromental settings that allowed such insects to become and evolve into the dominant species of that world. Much like how we, evolved from mere apes, and so on...Interesting theory..

I think back in the day when Hollywood was starting the "green men" genera the modelers used insects as base forms for their aliens.

^i agree, if you could put it together w/ a seamless transiton it would be muy muy bueno! i believe in aliens BTW, there has to be other life considering how vast the universe is. think about it, there are other beings somewhere, we aren't alone

Yes trendal I think that's basically it, but I believe they were simply trying to come up with something "Alien."
As it turns out, we can't come up with alien stuff very well because there are no aliens, so what we spat out was unconsciously insect-like, realized later by the famous SkorpivoMusterion back in 2003

What about countless people all over the world, with UFO abductions and getting anal-probed and shit, even in third world South American countries where alot of the natives dont even have TV, and report the same descriptions...ALLLLLLL of those thousands and thousands of people...are, imagining it and basing it all on what some cartoonist back in the 50?s concept of a "lil green man" was? Hmmmm....I find that a tad bit hard to believe..I?ve watched alot of documentaries on Discovery about this...they?ve even done regressive-hypnotism on Abduction victims, and buried memories would start to surface, and describe everything that 99% of other abductees describe. People from all walks of life, not just some rural area in USA...but from USA, to mexico, to Argentina, To Siberian Russia, to African countries, and so on, all abductees all commonly describe very similar descriptions. So there?s MORE reason to believe that the aliens who?ve visited this planet look like this , then there are reasons NOT to believe that they look like that.

and since this is not even 1% of the world's population making these claims, there's MORE reason to believe that aliens have not visited this planet at all, if you'd like to use that logic

I think any alien race that has seen earths radio and T.V transmissions would easily think twice about even comeing withing 10 light years of this solar system. This race is still to violent and primative to even think about anyone comeing here unless there gona kill us all and take over the world.

Regressive hypnotism can also make the mind create a memory. The human mind can be amazingly creative.

Most people who actually were abducted by aliens usually keep it a secret until they are on their deathbeds. They fear being ridiculed by the masses. Ever see that movie "They Live"?

Hmmmm....I find that a tad bit hard to believe..
Which is harder?
To believe that most of the so-called encounters are either hoax or misinterpretation?
or
To believe that alien beings which are able to travel a few hundred thousand to a few MILLION light-years, are coming to this little backwards planet and very sneakily probing the anuses of people?
I think that if any visitors came to our planet, they wouldn't waste time with anal-probing. They'd come down and say hello, or they'd bugger off.

How do you know the aliens are that far away though? What if they are residing in approximately the same space in another dimension?

if we saw an alien radio or televison transmission i'm sure we'd be more than interested to meet them or learn more about them. think about it, if there is an intelligent lifeform somewhere that is capable of abstract thoughts and wonderings about life elsewhere than their plantet they would definately be interested in meeting or knowing more about those lifeforms.
if we have cosmic neighbors then why would we not want to know about them. why would they not want to know about us. it is like when a neighbor moves in across the street. you are curious and wondering about them. one day your curiousity encourages you to meet them. same thing applies with our cosmic neighbors!
don't dismiss things like aliens just because of lack of evidence! maybe they have truly never made contact with earthlings, and maybe they don't look like how everyone thinks they look. but they are somewhere, in some form.
