 First PF Tek. All Contaminated?

This is my first shot at PF Tek. I purchased RR's "Lets Grow Mushrooms" and have followed his tek very closely. I do not have a pressure cooker, so I used the 90 minute steam sterilization technique. I left the tinfoil on them until the point of inoculation. I sterilized the environment with alcohol wipes, and flame sterilized the syringe between each jar. I did not use a glove box as RR suggests in his tek, but instead wore a surgical mask and rubber gloves. I inoculated 12 half pint jars.
2-3 days after the jars were inoculated, a yellow liquid appeared against the glass. The yellow faded after a couple days, turning to a dark blue/green. Amongst the discolored areas, small patches of fuzzy white areas have developed. Im guessing that this is a contamination? Im puzzled, because every single jar has developed identically. Are all 12 contaminated? How might this have happened? I purchased the spore syringe from a supposedly reputable sponsor.

You used alcohol wipes on the surface but did you turn off a/c or any fans? Did you oust the room and wait for it to settle? Did you clean your gloves and the jar lids with alcohol? I'd try again with better sterile technique and a still air box before blaming the syringe. Still could be though... get a new syringe too!

No it doesn't IMO. Those jars look too wet. And if these were shroom spores they were for study only and not to be germinated/cultivated. You can't contact a vendor for that  steam sterilization with a pot isn't the best.
Maybe get a PC if you can afford it?
Also, did the contam appear right below the inoculation spot? Or did it occur elsewhere/everywhere evenly?
Better luck next time, those are definitely contaminated and no good.

i dunno about you, but 12/12 is a pretty horrible avg... thats, let me do that math.... 100% contamination rate.
And if you notice, it seems like everything that was originally covered in the inoculation solution, molded right over, sporulated, and then looked for more nutrients.
Either way, i have "found" mold in a syringe with my microscope before... 
vendor helped me out

OMG!!!!
how dare i just start ranting at someone before acknowledging that you are a new shroomery member OP 
for your convenience, next time use a 2:1:1 mix. verm : brf : water
and a still air box would help greatly.
even putting a clear tote on the edge of a table upside down would be better than open air.
and
 for you and growing mold
The road only gets easier from here bud

Thanks for the advice! It did appear that the contamination stemmed solely from the inoculation site. I can clarify some of the details of the tek used. I used 2:1:1 mix. verm : brf : water, but would you recommend using less water in future attempts? I did use an alcohol based aerosol spray in the room prior to inoculation, and all of the gloves and lids etc were routinely sterilized with alcohol. I will use a glove box for my next attempt.
Since the failure rate was 100%  do you have any other suggestions to avoid this occurring again?

it's weird how the mold is growing downward in a column like that.. were those under your inoculation points? if they were then bad syringes are probably your answer.
