I have heard that it is threaputic to recall your dreams. Vitamin B6 is a safe way to make that easier. I have also heard that dreaming too long can promote depression though i forget the mechanism whereby that is .

Dreams kick ass. To help your chances of having a dream where one is "in control" tell yourself "I will control my dreams" like 50 time before you go to bed. It may sound cheesy but it worked for me, And let me tell you doing anything you want in a world you know is in your head has endless fun factor. happy dreaming

dreams are awesome, i consider them invaluable. Every once in awhile im convinced that i am awake but then something fucked up usually happens. As i transition between two separate dreams, I still remember the first and im transported to the second. (something like being in my room and then turning around and falling off a cliff into the middle of the ocean or something just as strange, this usually convinces me that it really is a dream) for many months of habitual weed smoking i had absolutely no dream recall and woke in the mornings still tired. after just stopping for 10 days, the last 5 ive been able to remember 1-3 dreams a night and wake refreshed and happier in the morning after dreaming. surpressing them would be a crime against myself, unless your nightmares are shocking and keeping you awake and/or frightened. in the future i see moderation as the key word in continued smoking. just my .02 on dreams and the effects of weed on them.

Be careful with the B6. Too much right before bed leads to a visit to the all night drive-in. Lots of dreams but a not restful sleep. Keep it a low B6 dose and not right before bed.

I have a set of these, it is called a mind machine and it alters one's brain waves through lights in the goggles and through sounds in the headphones. It puts me to sleep in a matter of minutes but I haven't found it to increase dreaming. There are many other uses for it and it is a really entertaining device when on drugs.

If you want to have really horrible vivid nightmares each night, take about 2-3 Unisom. No, actually i don't know if they give everyone bad dreams, but ever since i first started taking them i have a bunch of really bad nightmares every single night. Probably just a weird coincidence.

Some people think that when you have depression you are in the REM state of sleep more often. So it may be depression that is causing more dreams.

Im sure about those but ive seen some where it detects Rapid eye movement during sleep. It then beeps and you can train yourself to remember in dreams that when you hear it, it means you are dreaming. It should increase lucid dreaming. Sounds nice

The one I bought was $100. I got mine at www.mindmachines.com . You could probably shop around as there are other companies that make these.
