If these are what you mean then you put a pillar in every spot your motherboard has a main mounting hole drilled through it.  Do not confuse those screw holes with ones not for mounting the board though, like I've seen some oddball boards have extra screw holes around the CPU for different fan setups, obvuouysly there would be no matching spot on the case for one of those.

Anyway.  Your case should have come with enough pillars to screw in its various mount spots, only put them in places your motherboard has holes as you dont want those things touching pcb on your moherboard.  Then use the screws that also should have come with your case to mount the motherboard down to those pillars.

Wait, you got a Corsair 760T?  I have a couple Corsair cases, the 650D and a 200R and both had standoffs already preinstalled and then a special standoff nub to align the board...

Maybe they are preinstalled?

It says in the MB Manuel the quantity of stands off included are 1. I installed all this stuff about a week and a half ago; haven't touched it since because I've been busy so I can't say for sure what it looked like before I put the MB in. If I need to take out all this stuff and show you guys to make sure I will; even though that really sucks if that's the case.

in that picture the standoff is on the left, on every modern corsair case that i've owned there are black standoffs (as opposed to copper) and they are preinstalled, there is one sort of center nub as opposed to a standoff that makes it easier to align the board

well there are screws that screw in that don't have the conventional phillips heads but instead they have actual holes on top to place more screw in

you put as many of those as you need  then the mobo then the rest of the screwing

your mobo should be kept on the anti static pad the whole time

if you haven't tried turning the thing on or shocked it with static you may be ok...

Is your board hovering on standoffs or laying flat on the case.... you should be able to tell, try and investigate... like if the board is flush with the case you don't have standoffs.... if your board is like a half an inch off the case, i suspect you do...

Yes I remember the center nub sticked out and that's what I put the standoff on. The MB is about a cm off the case to answer your other question; honestly I don't think I've done it wrong I just wanted to make sure because I watched a video and the dude mentioned the 9 standoff thing.

It would make sense if this case came with preinstalled standoffs because it really doesn;t look like it's in incorrectly I can't snap off a pic because of the angle.

Also WTF would they only include one standoff unless that's how the case is designed? I can't find the page that mentions were to put the stand off but I figuered it would go in the only peg (the middle one) that looked different to the other 8 pegs.

I know for a fact the MB is placed in the right pattern of pegs. ATX I think or something similar to that.

well if you only have one that's weird and not a good idea IMO

I gave up looking for screws to screw into them so I have like 4  maybe but the back io panel is at least tight enough not to budge when I'm pulling stuff in and out

the fan that came with the cpu doesn't need screws it just turns and locks in

To answer this the MB has 9 ports.

1-2-3 are the top of the MB
4-5-6 middle
7-8-9- bottom.

5 has the standoff installed the others have the screws in; it looks  correct to me .

5 isn't a typical standoff, it's a standoff-nub for aligning the motherboard... standoffs are just that, they stand between the motherboard tray of the case and the motherboard rests on them, you put a screw into the standoff.... I'm sure they were preinstalled and it's fine, because since the nub is in 5 your motherboard is elevated already, you'd have had to screw your motherboard down to the tray if the other standoffs weren't there, and that would probably snap it resting on the nub....

So just to reiterate all I did was put screws into the pre installed standoffs (as stated in the mb Manuel) and I put the included 1 standoff onto the nub (#5) which is also ok to do, correct?

the motherboard trey is silver, the standoff is between the motherboard, the screw is on top.... imagine the standoff not being there, it would be flush on the tray.... just look at your shit right now...

erm, no, with my 2 corsair cases you just put the backplate in and aligned the motherboard onto the nub and then it's totally lined up to put screws into all the standoffs.... i will look up a manual of your case, hold up...

It's not I completely understand I'm just making sure because I don't want to fuck up.

How hard is it to give help without being rude.

Here's the back of the case, top left is what the screws are screwed into which I believe are the pre installed standoffs.

AGAIN I JUST WANT TO BE SURE.

Like I appreciate some of you guys giving me help but fuck, everywhere I go I read comments on other forums and  people are always treating those who need help like their retarded or something.

I've never done this before, Im providing pictures and trying to explain this shit as best as I can. It's not like I'm communicating on such a low level that you guys are trying your hardest to just barely understand. Fuck.

Am I being condescending or are you projecting that onto me?  I'm just trying to explain.... I'm sure if we were talking live I could explain it quicker... It's a new case so there is no online installation guide.

I found a picture, it was low res so blowing it up still makes it hard to see.... But I'm trying to point out the standoffs, they were preinstalled on my case... they elevate the motherboard up off the tray.... if your motherboard was screwed directly into the tray, it would be flush with the tray, if you see a little gap like the picture prior w/ screw/standoff, then i presume you're good to go.

(notice gap, is not directly screwed into tray)
