I tried to Id this as an agaricus, but to no avail. It is all white, no staining, pleasantly sweet odor. Slight discoloration at the apex of cap. I am currently taking a print. It was found in a lawn.

That looks like Leucoagaricus naucinus (=Lepiota naucina). Note the appearance of the ring, which is typical of a Lepiota instead of the usual Agaricus type.

Although listed as edible in most books, it is not recommended for eating. Many people become ill after eating it, and it is also a bit too similar to the Destroying Angel group of Amanitas in appearance.
