Yeah, 500mg barely takes the edge off any pain worth taking a painkiller for. 1g does the trick for me every time.

It's all I can take now for migraines.  No more NSAID's for me as they have eaten a hole in my stomach.  It sucks as a pain reliever, but it is all I have.

I found NSAID's pretty horrible. They got me all stoned and the stomach damage is just not worth it. Not much more effective than tylenol either, in my experience.
