Universal rip

If the universe ripped apart instead of collapsed, where in the hell would space/time/ energy dissappear into to? My little brain tells me this would be a conservation violation. It is such a bizarre thought that I cant give a minimal speculation.Does anyone know of any theories out there that concerns this?

W/o gravity everything would hit a tangent and be ejected into space. Probably to conglomerate and change the whole milky way with enough time and energy.

I'm pointing to a scenerio where dark energy causes hyper expansion of space.

Ohhh I read universe and though earth. Hmmm... Now I see the befuddlement. Its weird because I've heard that space continues endlessly and grows from all directions.

Since the universe is accelerating this is a possible scenerio.Ii would LOVE to know where and how all of this energy originated at time zero! I am talking beyond the big bang. How all of this could have emerged from absolute nothingness. That is a very profound thought!Of course, it wont or may never be answered. Some scientists posit that everything has just always existed with no beginning or end.Death is an illusion which is only relative to life.Existence is so damn bizarre!!

I subscribe to the theory that there is no beginning or end. The big bang is just part of an endless cycle of collapse and expansion. Eventually everything will slow, then stop expanding, then start coming back in to a center point to collapse together into a massively small singularity and the big bang will happen all over again, repeat forever.

Possible! But, where and how would the first bang come from.I guess where and when is a pointless concept because there wouldnt of been space/time to emerge from. What a total mindfuck!

Well, energy is nether created nor destroyed. This ia a physics fact we live by. So therefore, why does there have to be a beginning and end? The universe just "is" and is on a constant cycle of matter changing, and we measure that with time.
There was no 'first' big bang, or hell, maybe there was but the existance of the matter would stll hasve been there before the first big bang happened. Maybe there was 100000000000000000 billion billion years where the entre universe was ONLY the singularity, Then one day something changed ni some small way and the universe went into its cycle of big bangs and shrink downs, big bangs and shrink downs, etc..etc..etc..
But I personally believe there was no first, just a endless cycle that has always been going. The same energy taking different forums in all its complexity.

And you are telling me beyond just words you could conceptualize that? That energy in the form of quantum fluctuations or what have you just always existed!Something having no beginning while existing is completely counterintuitive! The most elegant magic trick that can ever be performed."Bang I am here. Now how did I do that?".

Depending on what you beleive.I dont fully subscribe to that "no beginning" explaination. The universe appears to have emerged from some type of explosion.Either way sound doesnt travel through a vacuum. So there really wasnt a bang."Bang here we are and how did we get here" anyways is still appropriate to this philosophical conversation!

What would happen if the universe turned inside out and started tap-dancing?

There are Theories out there with math to back them up that cover all sort of differnt possiblities for the universe's creation and destruction or the big bang not being a single thing, etc etc. All you have to do is google and you can get explanations for all of it.

I have heard them all!The idea is just profound to contemplate.A billion year old civilization probally hasnt answered these questions yet.
