Outdoor grow acting funny
    #20267749 - 07/13/14 05:38 PM (10 years, 6 months ago)

So my outdoor patch I made is like side pinning if it can be called that. The last outdoor grow I used hpoo and leaf compost, the compost didn't colonize well but the patch ended up doing real good..this time i used just hpoo.

The only places with pins are on the sides where the leaf compost fell in and got mixed with the hpoo whenever I pulled the plastic up to check on it. This pond was dug 8 years ago and has been catching leaves since so they have turned into a real nice looking black soil, I wonder if the mycelium actually likes it or what?

I got some real nice sized and real clean looking fruits for outside but not nearly as much as I was hoping for, this is the same clone I used recently on my sterilized CVG tray outside.

This guy had a super thick chunky like veil, it was like a thin piece of fine leather lol

Thanks man. Yea the nights have been getting down into the 60s so they look much better than my last outdoor, it was upper 90s all day and like 80 at night and they grew real fast and pretty hollow, the little top row I harvested (the few on the right I let mature a little more) and wet weight was like 520 some grams with only a handful of mushrooms

These are the mushrooms from the bottom row in the picture, only 24 hrs later, they grew incredibly fast and still look good and are pretty thick, I ended up with 425g from that row
