By creating fertilizer.
So I don't know jack about babies. What do they eat at this age? Because I was under the impression that only feces from herbivores makes for good fertilizer.

-------------------- You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity. What one person receives without working for another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for that my dear friend is the beginning of the end of any nation. I was under the impression that you actually needed a certain number of employees to be considered a corporation, I thought it was at least 100. I forget what the exact number is.
S Corp and LLC are probably the two most common corporation filings and both tend to be small businesses with many being under 10 employees
Damn me to crystal and I am a business major Just another case where real work experience trumps schooling I guess.

Care to give me a run down on the pros and cons of this? I would think you guys would just form a partnership. I thought the whole principle behind incorporation was so legal action couldn’t be taken against you if the company folds. Basically to cover your ass. I imagine you guys didn’t have very many assets.
God I really i really need to stop putting of taking finance.
