Mushroom Grow Questions, Day 13

I inoculated a 2 lb sterilized rye mushroom grow bag with mushroom spores 13 days ago, sterilizing the needle with a lighter and alcohol wipe. I also sterilized the point of entry, as well as my hands, with the alcohol wipe. After injecting about 4cc of the spores, I placed a piece of tape over the entry point. While injecting, I changed the angle of the syringe so as to attempt to disperse the spores throughout the bag from left to right. I placed the bag on a high shelf away from light, with the temperature at approximately 75 degrees.
On the 13th day, the only sign of growth is what I assume to be white mycelium starting to grow on the very bottom of the bag. This is my first grow, so I would like to check in with some people kind enough to offer advice. Some questions I have: -Does this white growth seem to be the mycelium? -Is it okay that it is growing only on the very bottom of the bag? -What do I do from here? Simply wait a few more weeks for the mushrooms to grow? -Should I mix up the rye in the bag (without opening the bag), or do something similar?

After researching some more I have more follow up questions that are likely more relevant for people looking at this:
Fruiting chamber: I was going to mix up the colonized rye (once fully colonized) and then place it in a sterilized tupperware container with perlite on the bottom. At this point I would open the container and fan/spray with water a few times a day.
Is this all I would need to do for the fruiting process?

NO! no perlite in the bottom get yourself some coir from the hydro shop or pet store and some verm, pasturize and spawn your grains too it, colonize and fruit in a sgfc or a 27 qt mini mono
-------------------- It doesn't matter what i think of you...all that matters is clean spawn

Leave the bag alone until they colonizes more, to about 30-40 percent, then mix it up. The grains will finish colonizing faster this way.
This TEK by Oatman roughly outlines what cronicr is describing to you. I learn visually, and if you do as well, this will give you a good idea of what you should be doing with your grain spawn once it is colonized. I'd use some vermiculite in my bulk sub as well if I were you. Vermiculite holds water, gives you better consistency, and provides minerals to the mushrooms.
