I mixed up a bucket of coir the other day and left the lid on to cool. Forgot about it for a couple days..
Should I mix up a new brick?

I've left it as long as two weeks. Two to three days is no biggie.

Ya you are good. Once don it should be good for a while. its how bags of soil and stuff don't mold in stores if there is no anti mold/fungal.

I have a ziploc bag with a handful of coir that I bucketed about 2 years ago still kicking around the house. Last time I saw it, it appeared to be drying out slightly but no mold, no bacteria.
