Jar contamination reasons and SAB work, Advice and discussion welcomeds

So, I have 3 jars im growing out from a Isolate that went to a master. Everything looked and smelt fine the whole way through. Then yesterday I shook the jars at about 40% and this morning there was a little green in all jars. The mycelium is now fighting for its life and trying to colonise the jar.
If possible Id like to try to get some fruit out of it just to check genetics. Im thinking its toast but if I can get enough colonisation out of this, do you think I could fruit outside?
I think the spawn must have been contaminated or my SAB work is not worth shit. Im new at it and this might be the case.
Any tips for G2G work welcome.

with g2g the more you do it the better you get is really all i can advise and start the gm with a agar wedge instead of g2g in so many jars spwan bags are way easier to do instead of 10 jars

i had a lot of trouble with g2g at first too...ended up just making 6 masters at a time agar>qt for each tub. takes longer to colonize...but it was clean when u wipe ur jars, just pay special attention to under lid gap where rim and glass kinda meet. get cotton ball or q tip soak in iso and rub that shit raw. one piece lids help a lot. also smaller masters can help, just easier to maneuver in SAB, so do a pint master to 6 qt receivers.

OK, That must be where im going wrong. More attention to cleaning the master jar.....note. The other jars should be ok as you are only removing a lid.

no clean the shit out of those too. any jar going in ur SAB thats going to be opened, u should wipe with iso, and pay special attention to where lid meets jar. those little crevices can hide anything. i prep many jars and let them sit tho, with a dog and two cats, maybe mine are worse than others, but better safe than sorry, in any situation

So im just getting my head round this. With fast growing-potent genetics you can colonise jars in 4-5 days, make another master and continue on and on?
