Fruiting outside isn't possible in my current situation, any other tips? Any way to slow down the process of trich to atleast get my first flush out?

No, it can be done indoors, but will spread trich inside your house.

Noob question. What are the chances of just scooping out the bit of trich with a spoon or cut it out with a knife? I mean I know there has to be a reason why you cant, especially since nobody has suggested it, but I am just inexperienced and dont know what that reason is.

One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree.
'Which road do I take?' she asked.
'Where do you want to go?' was his response.
'I don't know', Alice answered.
'Then', said the cat, 'it doesn't matter.'

because if you decide to do that, it will spread mold spores all over your grow area.... epic fail

Once the Trich is green, it's spores have been shot and it's near impossible to reverse or fix the problem. I'm just trying to find a way to get atleast one flush out.

just fruit the tub outside, you could take the colonized sub out and bury it, I had a really nice tub that had a spot of trich on it but I was determined to get something out of it, so I dug a small hold broke the cake up threw it in the hole and just put cow manure compost over it, and I got a really decent flush out of it

I think this fear is hugely overblown.

Op, since you can't fruit outdoors, cut the trich out and try to fruit it and get what you can out of it for a 1st flush. If the trich comes back at all , toss it. It's just one tiny spot of trich right? The pictures aren't clear. If it's more you shouldn't bother.

I've had entire tubs turn green on me while they were colonizing. I'm not talking a 1x1 inch spot of trich, I'm talking the entire tub. I live in an apartment and can't take it outside to deal with, so I have to deal with it in and clean it in my kithen. Point is, you're always going to have contaminant spores in your home, ALWAYS. It's best to avoid adding copious amounts to your homes spore load, but your home will always have a spore load and our main dfense against it is sterile technique during inoculation.

I'll list you some vectors of contamination in all of our homes:

our own bodies
our toilets
our bathroom sink stoppers are always covered in black mold(check yours, I bet it does)
our house plants
dirt we track in with our shoes are
the air from outside if you live anywhere besides the desert or the tundra
the food you bring in the house
the drip pan in your AC/fridge
your heating/ac ducts
your basement, if it's not a dry basement
moldy food in your fridge

Despite all of these vectors of contamination we can still grow. It's a miracle.

The trich is all over the tub, but since I'm not too experienced, i'm going to ignore all advice to chuck the grow and still try to get a flush out of it. Idk why but i still have hope.

One tiny spot is one thing, a tub fully colonized in sporulating trich is another.

Dude, toss the fucking sub. You don't want to be a trich farmer.

Start a new project right away, it'll make you feel better.

Try to figure out why this project failed, and let's be honest, it failed.. and try to rectify the issue the next time around.
