can manure be overly composted for cultivation?

I just got a bunch of manure compost. It's basically soil. I'm just wondering if manure can be overly aged and composted to be good for cultivation.

cubes are primary decomposers and will do better on fresh field aged manure, secondary decomposers like baeocystis do well on on composted material though

Cubes will still grow in a compost straw mix though right

Yes. Black kow is overly composted manure and some use it well mixed with straw or something else airy.
