Many people say yes, dairy foods somehow decrease the strength of a trip. I have never noticed any loss and some of my best trips have been after eating shrooms with ice cream. We are all different, so you will have to test it out for yourself if you want to know for sure.

I don't see cheese as a problem, but milk or any other cream will coat your dt and make absorbsion slower.

I've heard of people blending shrooms into milkshakes, and I've put them onto frozen pizza (after I nuked it).

I do this from time to time... usually a mix of frozen oj concentrate and ice cream... very good at covering the taste and no problems with the trip being weak...
I have also seen them selling shroom milkshakes in amsterdam.

I know from experience, milk (in small amounts) can soothe the digestive tract and neutralize some of the bad acids and poisons. I thinks it's a common known fact, no?
Milk, it does a body good.?

No, old cheese contains tyramine which is why you should avoid it while on an MAOI

Milk might affect the trip coming on because it decreases acidity in the stomach so it may slow down digestion. Other than that, I've drank milk and never noticed any difference (apart from the slower comeup)

> People say buttered toast helps get the DMT going and all..
This is usually because you have been fasting before taking DMT and the fat in the butter kick starts the digestive system. It is very odd, you can take the DMT/MAOI and wait and wait and wait and nothing happens... then you take a bite of something with a bit of fat in it and within about 15 minutes the trip kicks in...

I had a fat free yogurt before dosing and I was fine. In fact, I have to do this because I have acid reflux and the yogurt coats my stomach and neutralizes the acid. I came up 30 mins faster than my g/f did and she dosed at the same time, no food.

i know that milk coats/builds your stomach lining. that could make it harder to absorb everything

Well I came up faster than she did, so it absorbed pretty quickly. I was coming up hard 30 minutes after dosing.

Almost all of that milk stuff is a myth, it coats as much as any other slightly thicker than water, liquid. Milk is actually not all that good for you. It certainly doesnt build your stomach lining. But having something, even yogurt, in a person to help accelerate digestion is usually better, ie quicker, than nothing.
