i just birthed a cake, and throughout the colonization process i was checking it out for contams. since i wasnt sure if it got contaminated or not but just to make sure i cut the cake in 3 to see that the inside was ok and then after a couple of minutes the parts i had cut and touched started turning like a green, blue to dark blue. is this normal, this is my first time, did i fuck up the cake? i put the pieces inside the terranium anyways.

Yes, it is normal. Bruising normally occurs when the mycelium is handled or damaged. Just a tip, you can increase your yields and capacity of resistance by casing those crumbled pieces of mycelium. There are plenty of teks for you to see at the faq section.
