no fruits in the chamber =(

ok, it has been about a week since my friend put his first casings in the fruiting chamber....and nothing not even some knots....could it have been he put them in the chamber to early....the myc had already grown trough the casing layer...it is straight verm.....how can i tell if it is to dry?.....i fan and mist 4 times a day....once at like 7:00am....and the last at like midnight.....can someone post some nice pics of a casing and some close-ups of the knots/pins....thank you!.

my friend who just recently put his first casing in the chamber had to wait about 12 days before pins formed.  he didnt see any knots prior to that, although he admits he could have looked closer  :wink:

the same friend has the first jar he made up still....waiting! that was aug 27.....other jars have blown this one away....but it has NO-CONTAMS!....it is just one slow mother fu*ker....but hell....it was the first one.....it is almost done

i thought i was sposed to mist the casing is that right....i mist the casing and the inside of the fruiting chamber...

yeah....it is.....he have never even birth a cake......i just really dont even want to fuck with cakes. they just dont seem worth it to me...like a waste of spawn....go big, or dont go at all!.....the same friend was also waiting for his bulk projet to pin!......i am lucky not to have had any contams yet!...knock on wood!.....but he tries to be VERY clean....found a hobby that that he is excited about

my foaf is doing his 1st 60/40 coir/verm casing and was consumed by overlay,scratched it yesterday,he thinks it was incubated for too long and when he birthed it there was grey whispy myc growing on 1/2 of it and the next morning it was overlayed
