more fanning = more mushrooms.

i did a little experiment. when i fanned 5 times a day, i got 8 mature mushrooms. on one cake. mature in my standards (no ones told me there secret for huge ass mofo shrooms off BRF cakes.... ) off of a brf cake, are 3-4 inches tall, 1-2 inches around (circumfrance).

when i fanned barely 1-2 times a day. i got 1 mature mushroom and a whole bunch of ,.... frozen in growing state pins. lol.

so there we have it. i dont know maybe this was done/known already i didnt know but now i know for my self right?.

self experiementation and experienced conclusions are always the best aren't they?  yea fanning reduces CO2 which will trigger pinning of more mushrooms and when they are growing continued high fanning will support the increased number of mushrooms O2 needs and allow them to grow into mature fruits.  With low O2 only the strong survive.
Congrats on an accurate conclusion.  :thumbup: :grin: :thumbup:
oh and by "frozen in state pins" you must mean aborts, or abhorts if you prefer.

I fan every 2-3 hours. I've gotten some meaty monsters (4.2g is my biggest so far, cracker dry.) They're always tall though, about 8" each. B+ strain.
